Add a direct link to the Ketch demo video in the README navigation and a centered “Watch Ketch in action” link beneath the showcase image. Apply translated labels in the Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, German and French READMEs as well. The Simplified Chinese README links to the Bilibili video; the other editions link to YouTube.
Validation: verified both links in each of the six READMEs, checked the new lines against the 100-character limit, and ran
git diff --check. The video's public YouTube metadata resolves and identifies the Ketch demo. Documentation-only change; no application tests needed.
