Add an example with a differently named primary group.
The existing root example does not show the new behavior. Add a short example with ssh_user set to a user whose primary group has a different name. Leave ssh_config_group unset to show the default. As per path instructions, “Include usage examples for new functionality.”

Cause: The role set the group of
~/.sshand~/.ssh/configto the value ofssh_user. That only works when the user's primary group has the same name as the user.Consequences: For a user whose primary group is named differently (for example one created with
useradd -g users alice), the role fails with "chgrp failed: failed to look up group alice". It leaves~/.sshas 0755 alice:root and writes no config file, and every rerun fails the same way.tests/tests_user_config.ymlcreates a group named like the user first, so the tests didn't catch it.Fix: Use the primary GID from the
getent passwdlookup the role already does, for the directory and as the default group of the config file.ssh_config_groupstill overrides it. The README now says the group is the user's primary group. Addedtests/tests_user_config_primary_group.yml, which creates a user whose primary group has another name.Result: The role works for such users.
~/.sshis 0700 and~/.ssh/configis 0600, both alice:users, and a second run reports no changes. The new test fails on main and passes with this change.tests_user_config.ymland the other tests give the same results before and after (run locally in an Ubuntu 24.04 container with ansible-core 2.17). yamllint and ansible-lint are clean.Signed-off-by: Sathwik Yadlapati 341710139+yadlapatisathwik@users.noreply.github.com
