Replace livekit_uniffi with livekit_ffi - #1247

The Rust core package moved to the livekit-ffi crate and is now published as livekit_ffi. Its build hook downloads prebuilt libraries from the livekit-ffi/v* releases. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Rust core package moved to the
livekit-fficrate (livekit/rust-sdks#1438, livekit/rust-sdks#1439) and is now published on pub.dev aslivekit_ffi. This swaps the dependency fromlivekit_uniffi: ^0.2.2tolivekit_ffi: ^0.13.1.Five commits:
AGENTS.md. The local override path is now../rust-sdks/livekit-ffi/packages/dart. The pendinguniffi-rust-core-dev-wiringchangeset is reworded instead of adding a new one, since Integrate initial uniffi rust core #1160 has not shipped yet.lib/src/uniffi/becomeslib/src/ffi/andtest/uniffi/becomestest/ffi/. Pure rename plus reference updates.E2EEManager,LiveKitE2EEException).Testing
livekit_ffi0.13.1 is on pub.dev under the livekit.io publisher, and thelivekit-ffi/v0.13.1release carries all 12build-<triple>.zipassets with sha256 sidecars.flutter analyze: no issues.flutter test: 457 pass, includingtest/ffiagainst the hook-downloaded library.flutter build macos --releaseof the example:livekit_ffi.frameworkis a fat binary (x86_64 + arm64).
