docs/BUILD_LOG.md, a first-person build log covering how Strive was built:the decisions behind the decisions, the numbers, and what I would do differently.
It deliberately holds only the layer the existing docs do not cover.
PITCH.mdalready carries the positioning and the scripts,
DEEP_DIVE.mdalready explainsthe architecture, the schema, RLS and the AI design. The build log links to both
rather than restating them, per the
docs/README.mdrule of one topic per file.What is in it
