Thanks @dnicolodi. The section header wrapping LGTM.
For the Changelog, both edits make the entries less informative, and I can't think of a good reason for wanting that. Also, the Changelog entries at release time end up in the tag's commit message (see https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson-python/releases/tag/0.21.0), so it'd be better to not edit it later unless there were real errors or omissions in my opinion. If you feel strongly about it we can merge it, but it'd be better to just drop that commit I think.

The changelog edits are only due to the fact that re-reading them I found one of them ugly and one a bit convoluted. But I can live with the current wording. I'm dropping this patch. |

The title of the new howto section wrapping around does not look nice. I think we can shorten the title.
I know that I proposed this wording for the 0.21.0 changelog, but at a second reading I'd like to adjust it a bit.
