What Changed

  • Adds a "What belongs in MetaObjects" section to docs/features/libraries.md. It defines four package kinds (vocabulary, library, catalog generator, runtime helper) with their ownership and eject rules, and the five admission tests new packaged content must pass.
  • Uses reporting as the worked example: vocabulary stays in core, a planned reporting library holds metadata only, and export and dashboard output are separate catalog generators (cube-model ships today).
  • Adds a matching design rule to AGENTS.md pointing to that section.
Validation

Risk Assessment

✅ Low: Docs-only change. It matches the stated intent: four package kinds, five tests and the reporting example. The ADR-0034 amendments, linked docs and library/ paths it cites all exist, and it adds no private names or local paths.
