Updates the
/releasecommand so the release notes list external contributors first, then the regular team members (@RolandKrummenacher, then@MSBrettand@flanakinlast). It also says to cross-check the list against merged PR authors, since a few commits have no GitHub login.Also credits v15 contributors in the all-contributors list, using
npm run contrib:bug: Christopherloof, Haflidi Fridthjofsson (@haflidif), josearsa (@josesarsa), sharmilamusunuru, xan-archera, and Jacob Struiksma (@JacobStruiksma) (who was already listed forcode). sandhyakumili was already listed forbug.code: Brian Purchell (@bpurchell) and Dan Fiedler (@danfiedler-msft), who were in the release notes but missing from the list.Documents every contribution type (code, doc, bug, ideas, review, question, design, security, mentoring, promotion, leader) in CONTRIBUTING.md so all types are recognized equally, and updates the release instructions to credit everyone named in the release notes with the right types.
The v15 release already uses this contributor order.
