Fixes a conjugation error in the French editor settings page: "l'éditeur commit les modifications" becomes "l'éditeur commite les modifications", which matches how other French pages conjugate the verb. This is the only clear error from a typo pass over the English, es, fr and zh pages changed on main from September 27 to October 4.
