Arsenal strips now move at a measured 24 pixels/second, so adding more skills no longer makes them race across the page. Their typography, layout, and direction remain unchanged; hover pauses these strips. Certificates keep the existing cards, with four initially visible and a native keyboard-accessible disclosure for the rest.
The 404 screen now has twenty original quotes and a ten-second clock stored per browser tab. Refreshes preserve the current slot and timer, background tabs catch up, and readers can pause/resume. Each quote arrives with an original vector crow-scattering transition inspired by Itachi's illusion (reference: https://tenor.com/view/sharingan-genjutsu-itachi-crow-corvos-gif-19016658); no external GIF requests or new dependencies. Crow motion is disabled for safe mode and reduced-motion preferences. Existing 3D Sharingan is retained.
Validation: TypeScript, lint, and all 295 tests pass, including steady marquee speed when content grows, certificate disclosure, quote boundaries, refresh continuity, timer cleanup, and pause/resume. GitHub CI (including production build and Mongo integration checks) passes, and Vercel preview is READY.
Preview: https://bikram-h7e3r3jmd-modhack2003s-projects.vercel.app/route-that-does-not-exist Browser visual verification remains outstanding because the workspace server is unreachable from the browser and preview protection is unchanged.
