Adds a Profile photo upload control with an original-color preview in the admin Profile tab. JPG, PNG and WebP uploads up to 4 MB use the existing Vercel Blob storage, save immediately, and refresh public pages. The route checks the admin session and image signatures; failed database saves clean up only the new upload. GitHub profile sync preserves custom/uploaded portraits.
The About Me portrait smoothly fades its red tint, grayscale and scan overlays on hover or keyboard focus, returning on exit while preserving the existing layout and HUD. Reduced-motion preferences disable the transition.
Validation: full existing suite plus image/sync regressions (320 passing); five new upload route tests passing; TypeScript and production build passed. Vercel Blob configuration is present in production and preview. Local build uses existing database fallback because DATABASE_URL is absent.
