Replaces the shadow puzzle's repeated answers and real-admin redirect with a terminal-style CTF: three tracks, 11 distinct puzzles, solved-lock progress, optional/automatic hints, retry feedback, fictional completion flags and restart controls. Finishing a game never grants admin access or reveals the real login.
Adds five fake password consoles at /administrator, /wp-admin, /cpanel, /admin/login and /dashboard/login, retaining the /admin PIN decoy. Additional CTF entrances are /admin/access, /admin/backup and /root. Inputs stay local and are immediately discarded on submission; no credentials are sent or stored. Explicit page metadata and headers prevent indexing, without changing the main portfolio UI or real admin authentication.
The public verifier validates tracks, integer levels and bounded answers, caps request payloads, cleans expired throttle entries and bounds its per-instance limiter. The limiter is best-effort on Vercel; these pages are decoys and games, not an authentication boundary.
Validation: 332 tests pass; TypeScript, lint and production build pass. Local HTTP smoke checks passed for all ten decoy routes, noindex headers, game-only completion, real admin API 401 and unchanged unknown-route 404. Local production build uses the existing database fallback because DATABASE_URL is absent. Route inventory and behavior are documented in docs/shadow-decoys.md.
