Search index prose tests compared the whole
latestDefinitiondocument, which fails against Atlas Local because it adds an emptyfieldsmap. Assert onlylatestDefinition.mappings.dynamic, per specs PR #1871, and letATLAS_URIdecide TLS so the tests can run against Atlas Local.Jira: https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/RUBY-3744
