feat: review an agent's changes and send it comments on their lines - #162

Review changes… in a pane's menu shows what the pane's agent changed in its git repository, since the default branch or uncommitted: the files beside the chosen file's diff. A click on a line asks for a comment; the comments go back to the agent in one message, each with its file, line and the line quoted, after git reads the commented files again. From a window inside a pane the comments are read only. The files are listed under their folders with their counts in columns, a folder folds with a click, the line between the list and the diff is dragged, and the keys walk the list as a tree; Tab goes between the list and the diff.
