fix: a preview picture goes while the notice card is drawn over it - #169

The notice card is no window, so the picture was still sent under it and Kitty drew it over the card. The card's place is worked out before the preview is drawn, and a picture it overlaps goes until the card does. Closes #165 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

The notice card is drawn at the top right, over the area the tree and its preview take. It is no window, so a Kitty picture in the preview was still sent under it, and Kitty draws pictures over text: a tall picture hid the card.
