Documents the aa menu, the aa k picker and aa version added in netwrix-corp/access-analyzer (AA-1979, https://netwrix.atlassian.net/browse/AA-1979).

Stacked on #1840, which is stacked on #1839. Merge those first, after the Access Analyzer release that ships aa.

• Run Common Operations with aa: new sections Pick a Task from the Menu, Pick a Common kubectl Command and Show Versions, new command summary rows, and the version line at the top of aa doctor.
• VHS recordings aa-menu.webp and aa-k-picker.webp, plus a re-recorded aa-doctor.webp that shows the header, from a k3s installer VM as a non-root user.

Quality check: Vale and Dale pass.
