chore(release): bump version to 6.2.27

Bumps pyproject.toml and uv.lock from 6.2.26 to 6.2.27.

What 6.2.27 ships

  • fix(overview-metrics): a capped or timed-out count is not measured, never the cap #555: a capped or timed-out count is "not measured", never the cap.
    • When a native count timed out, the overview metrics fell back to a find that stops at its 500-element page cap. That page was then reported as the total, for example "Total Cataloged Assets = 500".
    • Such a count is now None, and it records a note: {count, reason, at_least}, collected by recording_unmeasured().
    • exec_report_spec adds the notes to its output as unmeasured. A scalar or chart result whose count was not measured comes back as kind: "absent", and no chart is drawn.
  • feat(overview-metrics): totals count the whole repository (push-down) by default #556: totals count the whole repository (push-down) by default.
    • Count helpers, analytic_registry measures and the demo specs default to population="repository". On the live quickstart an Asset count drops from a 30 s timeout to under 1 s.
    • population="viewer" stays available on request.
    • No ratio mixes the two populations. Four routines are now native repository counts. Five scan-backed routines are explicitly viewer-scoped.
    • A failed repository count is None plus a note, strict or not; it is never 0.
    • Feedback Summary and count_relationships now declare egeria_client:EgeriaTech, so a repository-wide relationship count gets a client that can answer it.

Release notes (please read)

  • Totals now count the whole repository, including elements the viewer may not be able to see. This is a deliberate interim choice until zone-aware push-down exists. Pass population="viewer" for a viewer-scoped count.
  • "Defined" in Glossary Definition Completeness now means description != "". A whitespace-only description counts as defined; on the quickstart that is 9 of 1,061 terms.
  • Unchanged: in non-strict mode, a viewer count whose query fails outright still returns 0. Pass strict=True to get None.
  • Deploy note for the Portal: fix(portal): render "not measured" report results honestly; explicit count populations; cap freshstart below 6.2.27 egeria-workspaces#807 renders kind: "absent" and unmeasured, and passes count populations explicitly. It is merged; deploy it before any Portal rebuild onto this release. Freshstart is capped below 6.2.27; run fresh-start-local --pyegeria-version 6.2.26 until it is ported.
