fix(deps): resolve RUSTSEC-2026-0258 (h2) - #159

- update h2 0.4.15 -> 0.4.20 - drop h2 0.3.27 (no fixed release) by disabling actix-web default features; the local OAuth callback server only needs "macros" - enable flate2 "rust_backend" explicitly, previously pulled in only via actix-web's compress-gzip feature - bump version to 0.28.3 Signed-off-by: Marcel Lilienthal <134974+mlilien@users.noreply.github.com>
