Cut 1.46 and write what the store says about it

The Unreleased heading closes as 1.46, and all eleven listings get their release notes.

1.45 did not go out in the store. So the notes of 1.46 carry the changes of 1.45 and of the engine updates after it.

The store copy

- You can now edit your documents, with undo, redo and save right in the bar
- Highlight text in a PDF and save it back
- Presentations, Excel files and plain text files can be edited and saved as well, and a spreadsheet cell opens with a single tap
- PDFs open faster, more of them open at all, and selecting text in them is more precise

The 1.45 notes promised bold, colours, text size, underline, strike-through and drawing. Lite does not have these tools, but both apps get the same notes. The new notes name only what both apps do: editing, undo, redo, save, and the highlighter.

The English was written by hand. scripts/store-copy.py translated the other ten locales. In German and Turkish I changed "many PDFs that did not open" to "some", to match the English. scripts/store_listing.py --version 1.46 passes: all 11 locales are present.

Left out: the engine version, the advert above the bar, the document name at the top, and the zoom-out of wide pages.
