Details

list_estimation_procedures() now returns procedure metadata keyed by ID by default, with an optional DataFrame output.

Tests cover both output formats. I also loaded a public task, built a scikit-learn flow, and created an unpublished run object against the production API.

these failing jobs appear to be live-service failures (result limits and malformed API/data responses) rather than related to this change.
The new tests pass, and the task/flow/run smoke checks completed successfully.
