brings the fork to upstream stable v2.0.32 (843a6c514e606b436a7fe713422ace0a93ad3d61)

this commit has exactly the upstream tree and retains both upstream ancestry and the existing v2-url-prefix history. stable already includes the HTTP, PTY and persistent PTY path-prefix handling

forge-specific ports are in the next layer so they can be reviewed separately
