Bulk User Add extension for phpBB

Adds the ability to add users from an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file.

Slated for archiving. Adding users from a CSV file is planned for ACP Add User, so one extension covers both single and bulk adding. Once that ships, this repository will be archived and receive no more updates. ACP Add User will read CSV files only; to import an Excel spreadsheet, save it as CSV from Excel or LibreOffice first.
