feature_checks: cover Genders profile and UCP controls - #53

The extension moves to the phpbbmodders vendor in phpbbmodders/genders, so its feature check is keyed by the new name. screenshots.py gains a Genders entry for the documentation and 1.4.0-dev update galleries. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Claude ran the new entry with seed-forum's standard fixtures: 7 screenshots saved, 0 failed. It also ran the Genders feature check on phpBB 3.3.19 (7/7) and through Investigated and written by Claude on behalf of William Jacoby (bonelifer). |

Adds a Genders feature check for the UCP gender selector and save flow, the displayed member profile icon, the preview endpoint, and the ACP selector.
Codex ran the check and extension lifecycle on phpBB 3.3.19 and 4.0.0-a3-dev with SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. All ten cases passed, with 11 checks per board. The phpBB 4.0 SQL Server installer logged an ODBC error while loading default forum data, then completed and seeded the test fixtures. The Genders checks all passed. The test-board option suite also passed.
