NDI_p5 wraps the NDI SDK so Processing sketches can act as NDI senders, receivers, finders and routers (video + audio over IP, no capture hardware needed). Published in two all-platform variants: the registered default `NDI_p5.zip` (all-in-one, bundles the NDI runtime, GPL-3 code + proprietary NDI binaries as an aggregate) and `NDI_p5-system-runtime.zip` (fully GPL-3, requires a separately installed NDI Runtime). Both are universal jars covering macOS (arm64 + x86-64), Linux x86-64 and Windows x86-64. The stable `releases/latest/download/NDI_p5.txt` + `NDI_p5.zip` URLs will be kept across future releases.

This was submitted as a New Library form issue, but the `new contribution` and `library` labels were not applied (created via API without collaborator rights), so the `issue_to_pr` workflow skipped validation. Could a maintainer please apply the `new contribution` + `library` labels to trigger validation?
