[sh1pt-actions-fleet]

Add nested wildcard DNS, vhost and TLS coverage for W3BS Net name hosts under .agent, .whatever and the Moshpit backfill suffix .hacker. Fix dev2-site dns so nested wildcard names are preserved instead of collapsed to the zone apex. Applied to dev2; chovy.hacker.w3bs.org now redirects to chovy.hacker.pit.world.
