…EO resellers; never meter real search crawlers 2026-10-19 CrawlProof nightly: 29,980 fleet bot hits, all bots that were SERVED the page (the beacon only fires on a render). gateway 0.8.0 charges headless browsers (Lightpanda, HeadlessChrome), SEO resellers (Ahrefs, Semrush, MJ12, DataForSeo, DotBot...) and Amazonbot by default, and desktop browser strings ~2 years behind their auto-updates (the residential rotation pools). throttle 0.3.0 leaves Googlebot/bingbot/Applebot unmetered when their address is in the operator's published range.
