[sh1pt-actions-fleet]

The release metadata endpoint is public, but the package workflow can receive a stale cross-repository write token. Stop attaching that token to the read-only release lookup so Chocolatey can still fetch release metadata and submit through its separate API key. The token remains available to package managers for repository writes.
