• Pushes to master reuse passing PR validation when the trees match.
• Release tags reuse successful master validation for the exact commit.
• Missing or unverifiable results trigger full tests; known failures block progression.
• Reused results explain the skip and link the passing run in notices, logs, and workflow summaries.
• Linux and macOS release archives receive smoke tests before publishing.
