Aligns every toolchain version pin with the latest/correct value and raises the Node floor to the current LTS.

Why

• Astro 7.4.5 requires Node >=22.23.4, but the repo declared >=22.12.0. The floor is now the current LTS line (Node 26) so the declared requirement matches what the toolchain actually needs.
• The shared build workflow installed whatever is latest on nuget.org at job time (it even warns about this). It is now pinned to 0.8.1 so the pipeline is reproducible.

Notes

• bun.lock updated for @types/bun / bun-types 1.4.4 (frozen-lockfile verified).
• Version pins and documentation only; no application code touched.
• Verified: bun install --frozen-lockfile, bun run format:check, bun run lint (0 warnings / 0 errors), bun run test (341 pass / 0 fail).
