update rc openapi spec

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only OpenAPI JSON updates with no runtime or contract changes beyond regenerated operationIds and response ordering.

Overview
Refreshes the RC OpenAPI reference (openapi.json) to match an upstream spec export.

Data Integration proxy routes swap operationId values between GET and PATCH on data-integration-workspace and data-integration-workspace/** (e.g. proxyDataIntegrationWorkspace_4 ↔ proxyDataIntegrationWorkspace). Paths, methods, and descriptions are unchanged.

Agent Memory store and API-key operations only reorder documented responses entries (e.g. 424 before success codes, 401 moved). Status codes, descriptions, and response schemas are the same; this is documentation ordering, not a behavior change.
