Landing and user pages now prepare shared chart and visualization resources during idle time after page load. This preparation does not fetch report data or delay the page.
Reports can reuse cached resources when opened after preparation, reducing the need to download them again when browser caching is available.
Bug Fixes
Charts and visualizations now recognize rendering libraries that are already loaded, so they can initialize without waiting for an additional readiness signal.

Walkthrough
Landing and user-listing pages now warm shared report-rendering assets and the bundled template after page load, during idle time. Widget readiness checks recognize runtime globals already present. E2E coverage measures landing-page assets separately and tests warm-up requests and wasm cache behavior.
Changes: Report warm-up
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Widget readiness from runtime globals lib/widget-loader.js, tests/unit/widget-loader.test.js, tests/integration/report-view.test.jsx
Widget readiness now recognizes mapped globals on window. Tests cover globals present before or after report mount, as well as explicit readiness marks.
Landing and user-listing pages render ReportWarmup. It waits for page load and idle time, then warms the Vizdom bridge, Chart.js, svg-pan-zoom, and the bundled template, without fetching report data. Tests cover scheduling, cleanup, fallback timing, and fetch failures.
Landing budget and warm-up E2E checks tests/e2e/performance.spec.js
The landing budget now counts first-party assets referenced by the landing document. E2E tests check post-load warm-up, report-data exclusion, wasm cache persistence, and later wasm requests.
The change warms report-rendering assets during idle time and recognizes already-loaded widgets. No concrete merge-blocking issue is established; merge after normal checks pass.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 77.78% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 9 functions across 9 files.

Add an onWidgetReady assertion for an already-materialized global.
tests/unit/widget-loader.test.js:73-77 checks only isWidgetReady('vizdom') after setting window.Vizdom. No test calls onWidgetReady('vizdom', ...) while that global is set and no mark is recorded. onWidgetReady in lib/widget-loader.js:57-62 runs the callback synchronously only when isWidgetReady(name) returns true. If onWidgetReady checked only readyWidgets, the callback would stay pending and the current suite would still pass. The only unit-file call to onWidgetReady('vizdom', ...) runs after markWidgetReady('vizdom') (lines 30-33), so it does not reach the global-only branch.
Production callers reach onWidgetReady only after an isWidgetReady check. These are components/report-view.jsx:269-270 and waitForWidget at lib/widget-loader.js:97-100. The gap therefore affects regression coverage of the exported contract, not current production behavior.

Review comment at @tests/unit/widget-loader.test.js around lines 73 - 75:
Add a unit assertion in the test that sets window.Vizdom to verify onWidgetReady
invokes its callback synchronously when the global is ready without a recorded
mark; assert the callback ran immediately and unsubscribe afterward. Keep the
existing isWidgetReady checks and global cleanup.

⚠️Unverified finding
We couldn't verify this from the code. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
landingPaths starts with HTML-referenced assets but never adds the landing document itself. Since FIRST_PARTY also excludes the root URL /, the stated JS/CSS/HTML budget can omit the root document's gzipped bytes.
The 190 KB guard can pass when the landing's stated total payload exceeds its limit.
This can occur when: The landing document is served at / and contains substantial HTML or serialized repository data.

- Around line 164-166: Rename the test around `window.__rfMarkWidgetReady` and
`isWidgetReady` to describe the direct mark-to-registry check, and update its
comment to match. Do not imply that it renders `ReportWarmup`, fires idle, or
covers the warm-up side-effect import.
