Summary
cargo deny check fails on every open PR (#48, #49, #50) because of RUSTSEC-2026-0346 to 0349 in rustls 0.23.45. This runs cargo update -p rustls to move it to 0.23.46. No other lockfile changes.

Tests

• Added / updated tests (unit, plus integration where it fits)
• Not relevant, because: lockfile-only bump. cargo deny check passes locally.
