The release workflow failed while generating release notes:
conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits10.4.0 requiresconventional-changelog-writer9, but@semantic-release/release-notes-generator14.1.1, its newest stable release, loads writer 8 (Missing helper: conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits requires conventional-changelog-writer@9 or newer). The preset is pinned to 9.3.1, the newest major that writer 8 renders; the toolchain policy records the pin. No runtime file or published entrypoint changes.Validation
