The 10.x preset is incompatible with the current release toolchain. Calling generateNotes from @semantic-release/release-notes-generator 14.1.1 with this PR's dependencies fails with: conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits requires conventional-changelog-writer@9 or newer. The locked writer remains 8.4.0. Keep the compatible 9.3.1 preset until the release notes generator and writer can be upgraded together and release-note generation passes.
