Change
Update @actions/artifact to 6.3.1 and Biome to 2.5.15 from Dependabot #37. Regenerate the shared action bundle so the published entrypoints execute the updated artifact client. The accepted SPEC-006 entrypoints, permissions and CLI reporting behavior remain intact.
The generated bundle is product code, so this update uses the SPEC-006 branch required by the product change gate.
Clear repository-scoped Git variables before pre-push verification. Nested test repositories then keep their own commits and configuration instead of inheriting the pushed worktree's Git directory.
Validation
bun run verifypasses with the current dev base and SPEC-006 branch context, including tooling tests, 86 runtime tests, workflow analysis, publication checks, secret scans and bundle reproducibility.qualitymust pass on the exact PR head before merge.Supersedes #37. The original dependency update and its generated lockfile retain their Dependabot commit provenance.
