Refresh Grape releases, active projects, and community site - #72

Conversation
Centralize published core and extension versions, link released documentation instead of unreleased master, and curate maintained organization and third-party projects using actual maintenance activity. Keep current example applications and describe all three active Roar branches. Modernize the Pages-compatible bundle and add production build CI, readable wrapping tables, canonical HTTPS URLs, working share images, and current help/contribution links. Label historical resources and user reports, replace the stale team roster with live maintainer resources, and preserve page routes and the custom domain. Changes
Refresh the homepage with published Grape 4.0.1, 3.3.5, and 2.4.0, distinguishing current/previous/legacy lines and their minimum Ruby requirements. Centralize these and eight current extension versions in _data/releases.yml, verified against RubyGems on October 28, 2026. Link released README/upgrade-guide tags instead of treating development master as the latest published release.
Audit organization and external repositories using default-branch history, runtime/dependency maintenance, releases, and documentation rather than metadata timestamps alone. Retain nine framework/organization libraries and seven maintained third-party tools. Remove dormant, archived, deprecated, and unavailable integrations from the current directory without claiming universal Grape 4 compatibility. Keep five community demo applications, the maintained third-party boilerplate, and explicit master / with-mongoid / with-activerecord Roar variants.
Put current documentation/help first; label old talks, tutorials, discussions, and adoption reports as historical. Replace stale employer/location rosters with live member/contributor resources while preserving the original project history. Refresh contribution and curation guidance.
Update the GitHub Pages-compatible bundle to github-pages 232, use HTTPS gem sources, include WEBrick for local serving, and add production-build CI. Improve wrapping/table presentation, canonical URLs, help links, and social images; fix the dangling navigation anchor. Keep the existing custom domain, all page paths, and branch-based Pages deployment unchanged.
Validation
Local production Jekyll build and actionlint pass. Verified rendered core/extension versions, all 16 maintained directory entries, five community demos and all three Roar variants, existing page routes, canonical URLs, social-image files, generated CSS, and unchanged CNAME. Hosted production build passes: https://github.com/ruby-grape/ruby-grape.github.io/actions/runs/40687538572
