docs(integration): move InfluxDB guide to the Data Analytics category - #154

Conversation
Relocate the InfluxDB guide from observability to Data Analytics in all five locales (en, zh, de, fr, ja): the page and its screenshot move to big-data/, the Data Analytics meta.json and landing page list InfluxDB, and the Observability category keeps OpenObserve, Loki, and Tempo. InfluxDB 3 Core is a time-series analytics database whose Parquet storage engine fits the Data Analytics workload profile better than the log/tracing platforms in Observability.

Summary
Relocates the InfluxDB guide from Observability to Data Analytics in all five locales (en, zh, de, fr, ja). InfluxDB 3 Core is a time-series analytics database built on a Parquet storage engine, which fits the Data Analytics workload profile (Iceberg, PyIceberg, Milvus, DuckDB) better than the log/tracing platforms in Observability.
big-data/(git rename, no content changes — the guide's steps and verification stay identical, still verified againstinfluxdb:3-corev3.11.5).meta.jsonlistsinfluxdband the landing page Systems list gains an InfluxDB entry.meta.jsonand the landing page keep OpenObserve, Loki, and Tempo.Verification
