Traditional digital whiteboard tools often suffer from significant latency, require persistent high-speed internet connections, or force educators into rigid subscription-based cloud ecosystems.
SmartNoteAI solves these challenges by:
- Operating 100% Offline: All core capabilities—including vector drawing, LaTeX equation rendering, PDF importing, and resource management—run locally on your PC without mandatory cloud accounts.
- First-Class Hardware Stylus Support: Native integration with precision digitizers (XP-Pen, Wacom, Huion) with real-time pressure dynamics and touch palm rejection.
- Seamless Screen Annotation: Educators can instantly toggle to Desktop Mode to annotate directly over live code (VS Code), presentations, browser simulations, or video lessons without interrupting the classroom flow.
- STEM-Optimized Teaching Tools: Integrated mathematical rulers, 180° protractors, coordinate axes, and KaTeX equation formatting tailored for mathematics, physics, and computer science teaching.
Live classroom lecture canvas showing Navier-Stokes, Gauss Divergence, Cauchy Integral, and Riemann Zeta formulas, binary search tree, 50 cm metric ruler, 180° protractor, and cosine waveform.
Annotating directly over Visual Studio Code, Python Jupyter Notebook, and Matplotlib data visualization with handwritten notes, arrows, and the floating bottom dock.
Active mathematical instruments on canvas including a 50 cm metric ruler, 180° classroom protractor measuring 60° angles on an equilateral triangle, and dynamic compass arc ($r = 10.1\text{ cm}$).
Circular spotlight beam dimming the background canvas to direct student focus to propagation delay ($t_{pd}$) and square wave pulse transitions.
Digital electronics truth table, Full Adder logic circuit diagram, and built-in offline LaTeX formula editor with vector fonts.
Calibrated STEM formula modules, Cartesian axes, Pythagorean theorem, and calculus derivative rules ready for one-click board insertion.
