Free analysis used an overloaded latest Flash model, and real image tests exposed malformed JSON. A deployment-key check also caught that legacy Flash-Lite is unavailable to newer keys.
Free now uses gemini-3.5-flash-lite, with a configurable lightweight backup on temporary failures or model retirement. Pro/Team retain their primary model and fall back to the working Flash-Lite model when access/quota is unavailable. Gemini responses use an explicit JSON schema shared with OpenAI; generated snippets are kept concise. Requests reserve time for fallback, with aligned browser deadlines (Free: 75s model/90s browser; paid: 90s model/105s browser).
Adds live image-analysis tests for all three plans through the real route handler. Tests require HTTP 200 and nonempty CSS, GSAP, Framer Motion, and React Spring output. Auth and usage adapters are isolated; these are provider/handler integration tests, not real customer login or checkout tests. An opt-in postbuild gate repeats them inside Vercel with the deployment's own provider key. vercel.json explicitly runs npm run build so this check cannot be skipped by the framework's default next build command.
Corrects the particle performance test to measure actual WebGL draws for the field instead of unrelated page animation frames. Adds frame-limit tests for every plan and Free failure → retry → success → daily-limit coverage.
