Second prerelease: the first with Avalonia templates, plus resizable, navbar, sidebar, date-range-picker and file-upload on both platforms (63 families, 94 CLI targets). The release notes include an upgrade note: a project that still has the alpha.1 Calendar needs `shellui-native update calendar` before adding date-range-picker, because `add` skips files that already exist.
The live NuGet badge sometimes failed to load on GitHub and showed only its link text, while the static license badge next to it rendered. The version badge is now static too; prepare-release.ps1 rewrites it with the version, and RELEASING.md mentions it.
