Release the commissioned Webflow app #1

Open

Description

@simple-analytics-ai

What

Release the commissioned Simple Analytics Webflow app using Simple Analytics infrastructure.

Why

The source was delivered against a contractor Vercel backend whose Redis connection is unavailable. Adriaan confirmed the backend must run alongside our existing services.

Notes

  • App implementation: Import and prepare the Webflow app for Simple Analytics hosting #3. Infrastructure: https://github.com/simpleanalytics/infrastructure/pull/275.
  • Backend target: https://webflow.simpleanalytics.com on esapp04, with private persistent Redis.
  • Local security tests, lint, production builds and Docker smoke checks pass. Root/extension audits are clean; backend retains only five low-severity entries in the current Webflow SDK dependency chain.
  • Remaining: review/merge infrastructure; add the OAuth client secret to encrypted infra secrets; provision DNS/apps/Traefik and start Redis; verify app repo access to DEPLOY_TOKEN; review/merge app; verify healthy production deployment.
  • Webflow settings must use redirect https://webflow.simpleanalytics.com/api/auth/callback, installation entry point https://webflow.simpleanalytics.com/api/auth/authorize, and scopes Sites read / Custom Code read-write / Authorized User read.
  • Upload the production extension artifact, test OAuth and script install/update/remove on a real Webflow site, then complete Marketplace submission/review.
  • No live deployment or Marketplace publication has been completed yet.
