Adds Reef (https://bitcoin-blake.github.io/reef/, AGPL-3.0) as an App:
reef-app.jsexportsmeta+render(container, ctx)and mounts the page in an iframe so the node's storage stays on Reef's origin. The node is blaketestnode's browser worker: the fork-point UTXO snapshot of the BLAKE2b testnet4 is fetched, hashed, indexed and every block since the fork validated in the tab.
