Rolldown handles TypeScript, CommonJS and Node resolution itself, so Rollup, its four plugins and both Babel presets go (121 fewer packages), and the build targets Node 22.12 from engines instead of the machine's Node. Rolldown drops ordinary comments, so dist/esm/index.mjs shrinks from 374 kB to 222 kB, while the sourcemap keeps the commented sources. Unit tests and the start-ssr, start-client, start-env, ssr, css-matrix and vite-8 example suites pass.

Rolldown handles TypeScript, CommonJS and Node resolution itself, which
drops Rollup, its four plugins and both Babel presets (121 packages). The
target is pinned to node22.12 (engines) instead of Babel's node: 'current'.
Rolldown keeps no ordinary comments, so dist/esm/index.mjs goes from 374 kB
to 222 kB; the sourcemap still embeds the commented sources. Two start-ssr
checks now accept either quote style around './server.js'.
