Description
Claude Code caches a plugin by the
versionin itsplugin.json. The version stayed at0.1.0since the plugin shipped in v0.18.0, so an installed plugin never received a later change. This PR sets the version to0.23.0, to match the next framework release. Each later release must set the plugin version again, or installed plugins stop updating.Testing
Only the version string changes. The "Validate Claude plugin" CI job checks the manifest.
