🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Report teardown failures.
If either roxie teardown command fails, this callback discards the error. All Deployment checks can still pass when teardown leaves other resources behind. The test then reports successful cleanup, and a later test can encounter the leftover configuration. Assert the teardown error while retaining the Deployment checks.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Check SKIP_OLM_TESTS before registering cleanup.
When SKIP_OLM_TESTS is set, t.Skip still runs the cleanup registered on these four lines. Each skipped test therefore runs teardown commands and cluster checks without deploying anything. Move each skip guard above ensureCleanCluster(t) so skipped OLM tests do not modify the cluster or fail during unnecessary cleanup.

Works around a pre-existing issue in OLM tests caused by roxies current handling of on-cluster manifests, persisting configuration values and poisining redeployments.
