The first local write of a transaction enlists crsql_version_guard; its xSync upserts the pending db_version atomically before commit. Statement/savepoint rollback can no longer leave clocks committed under a version whose crsql_db_versions marker was rolled back. Route V2 metadata reloads through the shared data_version refresher so dbVersion and config caches cannot consume the same change independently. Cover cross-connection config/version refresh and failed-refresh retry.
