Sync with testcontainers/testcontainers-python main. The tree now matches upstream exactly, plus the Couchbase module relocated to the new src/testcontainers/community layout (docs, tests, extra, lockfile). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Addesses #788 and adds support for Couchbase testcontainer.
