PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) is a critical RCE in PHP 5.4 to 8.5. it got patched on oct 21 in 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27 and 8.5.12.

both stages of the Dockerfile still use php:8.5.2-cli, so this bumps them to php:8.5.12-cli. same minor and same variant, the tag is already on docker hub. only the FROM lines change, i didn't build the image here.
