Reverts #78 from main while preserving the experiment on its feature branch. Reopens #77 for a new pass built around progressive disclosure, quiet sans-serif typography, and interactive onboarding on the real workspace.\n\nValidation:\n- pnpm typecheck\n- pnpm lint\n- focused onboarding and appearance tests\n- scoped Prettier check
