In a Codex session the setup skill asked an already connected user to sign in: the client loads MCP tools on demand, the skill's first step named a tool the model could not see yet, and the hint to search for trypost sat at the end of the sign-in step. Searching for the tools is now step 1 of the setup skill, and sign-in comes only when the search finds none or a call asks for it. The main skill's Connecting section follows the same order. Version 2.0.2.
Linking app.trypost.it/login made the model send users to the website, which does not connect the plugin.
The ZIP is written as build/trypost-chatgpt-<YYYYMMDDHHMMSS>.zip so builds sort by date and never overwrite each other.

Why
In a Codex session, the
trypost-setupskill told an already connected user that the TryPost tools were unavailable and asked them to sign in. Codex loads MCP tools on demand: the skill's first step namedget-workspace-tool, which the model could not see yet, and the hint to search fortrypostsat at the end of the sign-in step, so the model reached "ask them to connect" first. What
skills/setup/SKILL.md: step 1 is now "Find the TryPost tools first" (search the client's tools fortrypost, which may show astrypost.get-workspace-toolormcp__trypost__get_workspace_tool). Sign-in is step 4 and runs only when the search finds none or a call asks the user to sign in.SKILL.md(and its plugin copy): the Connecting section says to search before calling a tool unavailable, and that TryPost is not connected only when that search finds nothing.Tests
tests/skill.test.ts: the setup skill starts with finding the tools, and in both skills the search comes before the sign-in link (fails on the previous setup skill). 90 tests, claude plugin validate --stricton the plugin and the skills.
