vite-task 8f73655 treats a nested package as its own root unless the workspace member globs include it. vp create follows that root. Co-authored-by: Charles Wang <wan9chi@users.noreply.github.com>

Bumps vite-task from `8f73655` to `a3c087a`. Changelog: voidzero-dev/vite-task@8f73655...a3c087a#diff-06572a96a58dc510037d5efa622f9bec8519bc1beab13c9f251e97e657a9d4ed ## User-facing vite-task changes - When tasks miss the cache, `vp run` no longer waits for the disk after saving each task's result, so the run finishes sooner. If the computer loses power or the operating system crashes during `vp run`, the cache entries that the run saved can be lost, and those tasks run again next time instead of hitting the cache (voidzero-dev/vite-task#871). No consuming-side code changes were required. Docs are unchanged: the cache guide does not describe write durability or a disk wait after cache misses. There were no earlier unmerged bump pull requests from this automation to close. The previous bump (#3168) is already merged. Draft #3113 is a separate preview branch and was left open. ## Validation - `cargo check --workspace --all-features --all-targets` - `cargo test` for `vp_command`, `vp_error`, `vp_pm_cli`, `vp_js_runtime`, `vp_migration`, `vp_shared`, `vp_static_config`, `vite-plus-cli`, and `vp_global_cli` (all passed) - Snapshot runner compiled as part of the workspace check. The vite-task diff does not change CLI help or snapshot-test crate APIs, so recorded snapshots were not re-recorded. - `Cargo.lock` only updates the vite-task git revision. User-facing vite-task changes
vp runin a package that sits inside a workspace folder but is not listed inpnpm-workspace.yamlpackagesorpackage.jsonworkspacesnow runs that package's own tasks, instead of treating the enclosing workspace as its root. When both configurations exist,pnpm-workspace.yamltakes precedence (fix(workspace): only use a workspace root that includes the current package vite-task#859).No consuming-side code changes were required. Docs are unchanged: the guides do not describe the previous non-member workspace-root behavior.
There were no earlier unmerged bump pull requests from this automation to close. The previous bump (#3153) is already merged. Draft #3113 is a separate preview branch and was left open.
